Welcome to First Quality Leads

First Quality Leads understands that any marketing campaign is only as good as the information you are using. How does First Quality Leadsoffer industry-leading data integrity? Through a strategic relationship with a premier service bureau First Quality Leadsgains access to cutting edge technology on data cleansing. As a First Quality Leadscustomer you can rest assure that your file has been run through the following tests:

•  CASS (Coding Accuracy Support System) In order to mail at reduced postage rates, your address list must be verified against the United States Postal System (USPS) National Database. This is called CASS certification, and it ensures that every address on your mailing list is deliverable.

•  DPV (Delivery Point Validation) Delivery Point Validation (DPV) is essentially a "yes/no" table for checking the validity of any individual mailing address (over 145 million locations). CASS certification will help you receive the best postal discounts by verifying that your mailing items fall within an accepted range of addresses. DPV will assure the deliverability of the mailing before it enters the mail stream by finding its match in the USPS DPV data file.

•  PAVE (Presort Accuracy, Evaluation, & Accuracy) PAVE will sort and certify your list for the lowest possible postal rates. In addition to bar-coded addresses, it even prints bar-coded sack and tray tags and all required USPS printed documentation.

•  NCOA (National Change Of Address) Returned and undelivered mail is expensive in postage costs, wasted literature and lost opportunities. It's best to catch the moved address before your next mailing. Every year the Postal Service handles over 40 million Change-of-Address requests from individuals, families and businesses. In approximately 84 percent of these cases, there exists valid forwardable information for that record. By updating your address list, you are ensuring that your mailing piece is delivered to the correct address and that your important contact information is kept up-to-date. You are also meeting the USPS First-Class presort requirement for having lists preprocessed within 180 days by using an approved address update tool.

• Merge/Purge- We can merge two or more lists together and purge any duplicates, or, simply purge any duplicates on your current list.
